Anyone care to summarize what has happened over the last, say, half year?

For starters, modern Aurentina resembles more the Military Anarchy of the 3rd Century than a modern European nation.

The mafia.

If I were an admin, I'd immediately start a move to have them removed from the RP. This is a government simulator, not a text version of Call of Duty.

You also have PAFLA (communist rebels)
Then you have the mafia of 20.000 people that has no moles as it is not possible to have a mole inside.
Then you had a battle downtown. We needed the military in.

Same, I've said it before. If you want an RP about Mafia, create an RP about Mafia. Don't hijack an existing political RP

Oh the irony...

BTW, the mafia makes the game entertaining. If you remove it from the RP, you will lose a large amount of players.

I don't even mind then having a terrorist attack one time. I mean, they happen, and it'd give people a chance to RP their government positions. But having bombings (and goverent officials getting shot every few days) is not realistic and flat-out stupid.

But we gained so many players before the Mafia, it's not like we'll struggle without it. If most people really enjoy it, then sure - Go for it. I just personally find it, along with the other insurgencies, unrealistic and annoying.

An acceptable sacrifice. This is the NSG Senate. Not the NSG Mafia RP.

Those who control the 'Pete The Fixer', 'Shady Gentleman', 'Shadow of The Prince' (assuming that he/she attended this) and the 'Prince of Shadows' Accounts to confirm with the MoI (i.e. me) their IC identities, please.

I assume I OOCly am correct about the identities of the Man With Many Faces and The Godfather.

A libertarian would say that.
Bel per fuel efficiency relative to the number of passengers and pollution by number of passengers it is much more efficient.

Just a quick question, what would people like to see more of in the Central Station thread? I sense my Heritage Train efforts have been correlated with a precipitous drop in interest in the thread... but then correlation doesn't always equal causation.

First of all I allows people to get to their jobs far more efficiently while also being able to move around cheeply. It is far more effective for the population to use public transport as well as it being better for the environment.

Nuff said.
