Their money down the drain, because Windows machines can do the same job for cheaper. Here's a list of video editing software. Notice how almost every single program on the list except for IMovie and FinalcutPro isn't MacOS exclusive. So unless you're using either of the Final Cut programs or IMovie (Not sure why you would want to use Imovie) There's no reason to get a Mac as you can get a Windows (Or in some cases Linux) machine that can be just as powerful for a lot less. And that's not even going into the fact that a lot of other major programs can't run on Windows. For the longest time Major companies like Autodesk didn't have any of their software run on Macs, and even now Autodesk's big programs like 3Ds Max are still Windows Exclusive.

I'd need to give it sentience first. I can't even get it to perform a basic task right now. I bet it's something really small I'm overlooking. The code looks good. Don't understand why it's not working.
