They are well dressed. And by that I mean completely covered by a trench coat, ski mask, black gloves, Leather Boots and sun glasses and a handkerchief over the ski mask. This seems like the poor man's version of a scout soldier. They turn to look at Camilla, who apparently can see them. They wave at her, then returns to observing Charlette.
