It's a cruel mistress, it is.

Hydronium wrote:Do you RP?
I RP. That's why my post count doesn't look like the national debt. RP posts are longer, and more detailed that tet posts, hence, there are fewer RP posts than TET posts.
Make sense?

I sense a small dose of condescension.
I don't RP, because I don't like it. I prefer NSG.

No condescension, not everybody likes to RP. It's just that TET can boost posts more than RP'ing.

Of course, note that the mods aren't online atm, and the TET might be locked at only 510 pages. Or even more.

Even if it was, I wouldn't want to be one. I do want to become an engineer and either do research or working in a plant (preferably the former). Question is, should I finish this one first? I mean I only have this year and one more after that. Plus at most a year to get everything for needed to go into engineering. After that, another four years minimum. That in itself isn't bad, but kinda late, no?

Because you know better than that. NSG would bloody well implode with the sheer ineptness of all the teenage boys awkwardly dwelling in this forum.

What has Nathi said about that sort of thing?

There is a difference between being the first to post spam or 'hi' on TET. I will post something normal, and try to be first.
It's the same thing with the post count. I'm not making posts for a bigger post count, but that doesn't mean I can't be happy/sad about my post count.

I assure you, I put the rules and being nice over that race, but I still consider the race. Like a second objective, if you will. :)

I wasn't suggesting seriously that.
If you are just year into this (If I got it right), whatever it is and are more interested in enjineering, you probably should change.
