"As I have stated, Western Laissez-Faire Capitalism is a faultless, perfect prosperity machine that can do no wrong. But there was a recent occasion where, to the uneducated observer, it went a little awry. These CDOs were divided into layers of risk, or trenches, with the riskiest but most profitable trenches made of the subprime mortgages. Then the banks discovered a magical secret: they could bundle nothing but the riskiest loans and suddenly they would become safe loans. The secret to how this worked is that it didn't. But until it did, banks made ridiculously massive profits, and lots of people got mortgages. It was so great that these banks started selling these bundled CDOs to each other, then re-bundled the bundles to resell them to other re-bundlers.
Then, the unthinkable happened. Someone- we believe Gene Farber of Pendleton, Calafia, but we're not sure- missed a mortgage payment, the real estate bubble burst, and $17,000,000,000,000 instantly evaporated from the global economy. Investors started to suspect that some of these bundled CDOs contained toxic debt. (Toxic is a financial term meaning 'without value or quality', named for the Lindsay Pretorius song of the same name and quality.) But at this point, nobody knew which CDOs had it, how much they owed, what was safe, or what the deal was with that smoke monster on Lost.

Okay, think of it as a giant church bake sale, only with less backstabbing. And think of CDOs as the brownie table. All sorts of folks have brought brownies to sell, primarily to each other.
But Mrs. Meyerson on has a secret recipe. When she makes brownies, she puts a little bit of shit in her batter. That let's her turn a bigger profit on her brownies because baking with shit saves her money on more expensive ingredients, like things that don't come out of your anus.
All the other people at the sale see how much money Mrs. Meyerson is making, so they buy her shit batter and mix it with their own, and, of course, add their own shit to the batter and sell it to each other. And this repeats and repeats and everything goes fine until Reverend White bites into a brownie and yells 'Oh my God this tastes like shit!'
At this point nobody can remember which brownies have shit in them, so they stop buying brownies and the bake sale collapses. (Reverend White gives Mrs. Meyerson a $5,000,000 bonus to keep her talent from going to another bake sale.)
And just because of this one tiny little world-crippling incident, the government wants to come in and make a bunch of new rules. They want to make it against the law to put shit in brownies. And not just brownies, all the baked goods! Cookies, blondies, cupcakes, muffins, all of them! Do you really want some soulless bureaucrat coming between you and your banana-shit loaf?
See, the Western economic system is based on Risk- the concept, not the board game. (The board games our system is based on are Monopoly and Sorry.) Wall Street and Fengate can't have regulators peering over their shoulder. It's like when you're trying to pee- if somebody is watching you, you can't do it. We just need to let the Free Market pee, and eventually it will trickle down and warm everybody. And if it lands in Mrs. Meyerson's brownies, who'll tell with all the shit in there? At least they'll be moist."

And José had a plain monkey suit, Tomoko had some 'ugly' white kimono but I guess it's fitting because she told me it means death. With her height, she really could be a Secondary school student. The official stamped once everyone was done firming. The couple split the roasted chicken take-out and everyone sat in the table to eat and drink. However as tradition demands, they had to poke their fingers with a pin and drink their blood-drops in their wine cups.

Halfway there, Ms. Zorilla drank sherry like it was water and began singing as the couple danced. None knew how to do it and they looked as if they were trying to imitate a Waltz even though bolero music was playing. No, not the weird European thing that they call 'bolero', Benito Moré...Luis Arcaraz...stuff like that; but they smiled throughout the whole thing as the 8 other people in the room clapped and looked on seemingly mindlessly. When it was over it was time to split the cake, so the couple split a cheesecake but not before Ms.Zorilla made a little jig and speech that would have put Boris Yeltsin to shame. All this occurring under the artificial light of that small meeting room.
