You don't get the point, a speaker of a house is not supposed to be beholden to any one man but the house as a whole. This is for impartiality reasons and they should only be removed if they have been deemed not to be impartial after a motion has been brought and agreed with by the admins. Then a vote will happen to see if the senate agree. That is how these positions are run, the UK PM can't get rid of the speaker because he wishes to put his own crony there. It is a decision for the whole house. If the PpT is beholden to one person the position becomes a partial one.
