I think our headquarters should be a 2km2 complex with five Olympic swimming pools, an indoor football field, a giant museum with a 1:1 reproduction of the USS Nimitz and... nah just kidding.

I say we take a small 3-story brick building near Senate Plaza. Thoughts?

We should probably have the largest office of all the parties. We are the largest party by a huge margin, after all. Something fancy and spacious, but not too luxurious.

Well congrats on being a retarded coalition then. What's the point of being in a coalition if you don't actually have any control over voting in it?

It was determined that the government district only had historic buildings, so our headquarters, if it was modern, would have to be somewhere in the suburbs.

I'd have at least thought they'd have enough courtesy to show support for the coalition rather than waltz in and demand we bow to their demands.

Because no one wants to join a coalition that's too strict and that the coalition is based mostly on a certain part of the political spectrum instead of other issues. The coalition also represents diverse views on many issues instead of just one. If you have a problem with the current coalition, go form your own party and make your own coalition.

Why not some offices in the gov. district as a mini-HQ and a large complex in the suburbs as a larger-HQ?

Costa just hates everyone who has a different opinion so he'll critique anyone who has a different opinion then him, even if it was a past issue and isn't relevant to the discussion.

Making a compulsory vote on gun laws isn't too strict at all. There's nothing wrong with the bill, but because they're a bunch of idiot reactionaries, they don't vote for it becase "we need teh gunz to prottct urselves frm dem evil rightists".

If you have a problem with the current coalition, go form your own party and make your own coalition.

No. I'd rather remove unnecessary cancerous lumps from the coalition to make it truly progressive.

No. I'd rather remove unnecessary cancerous lumps from the coalition to make it truly progressive.

Any compulsory vote is a strict one. Even our party has no compulsory votes so that everyone has the freedom to vote how they wish, shouldn't other coalition members have this form of freedom of expression.

If we need to remove unnecessary cancerous lumps to make the coalition progressive, I'd remove you first since you continue to impede progress by constantly disrespecting others and their different opinions.

Because I'd have expected them to pull their weight in the coalition if they want to prove themselves useful. I was against the USLP joining from the start and the bastard child of that party still has me wary. I'm fine with the Red-Greens. I'm fine with the one-man-band that is the Communist Party but I don't like the SAP, it's policies, it's history and it's membership.

Soviet Canuckistan wrote:Costa just hates everyone who has a different opinion so he'll critique anyone who has a different opinion then him, even if it was a past issue and isn't relevant to the discussion.

I'm fine with people's opinions. It's voting against a bill designed to make the lives of people safer because of reactionary bullshit because the SAP is scared of everyone that isn't communist that pisses me off.
