Ladies, And Gentlemen, Fellow Monarchists, Both in the party, and not, and In our nation, and not, I would like to Thank you for this award, for it is you, you have helped me in my endeavors In advancing the Monarchist cause in this nation. When I started My caucus, I did not expect it to have a Large Influence, I figured it would be a minor aspect of the party, If that, and that would be it. Instead, It has grown, with the Help of Many others, and As A Jewish Proverb says, "Who is Wise? He who Listens." It took help and guidance from all sources, and all types of Monarchists, I could not have done it alone, So I thank you for this award, And May 2014 be a good year for us, all, and As we say in Hebrew, Shanah Tova, Happy New Year!

Distinguished Royal guests, Lord President, member of the CMP, I thank you all for this award, It was, at least for me, highly unexpected. To be truthful, I was considering leaving the party quite soon after I joined. It seemed the party did not benefit my own beliefs. Yet, with the Lord President's persuasion, I remained a member of this party, as I believe it is necessary to establish a Monarchy in the Commonwealth. I may not follow the Party's principles, and I may not agree on everything the party stands for, but it is my differences that shows me what I and the party are linked to, the idea of Monarchy.

I once again thank those who have bestowed this award unto me, and that I shall remain one the the Party's loyal supporters of the Monarchy ideal.

This is a serious party. Personally I find it offensive that others are tossing around titles like "Emperor of Aurentina" so flippantly. It trivializes the monarchist cause, like that ridiculous attempt by Hath to get himself crowned "king." Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with joke parties. I just don't like joke parties that include even nominal monarchism in their manifesto, as this has the natural implication that monarchism is a joke, a ridiculous position to take on par with repealing the laws of gravity and banning crime. Let republicans mock us and us mock republicans; but no monarchist should be involved with any group that mocks monarchy or monarchism, and that is my personal opinion on the matter.

The first Lord President's Award is awarded to Senator Reinhard Lohengramm von Irredento (Irredento), founding member and second Chairman of the Classical Monarchist Party, for his hard work and dedication in the early days of the Party, as the first ever elected leader of the party and as the progenitor of the party's first electoral coalition, the now defunct Stalhelm Alliance with the National-Imperialist Freedom Party. He also coined the word "Cavalier" as a term for Classical Monarchist Party members and chose the Party's anthem. Sir, it has been a pleasure working with you and your return to the Party recently was rightfully a cause for celebration.

Lord President, I am incredibly grateful to you and and the Party for this recognition of my contributions to the monarchist cause. I can only hope to live up to the title and reach even greater heights in future.

From this day forth, I vow to work even harder than before, and I will not rest until the rightful monarch sits on the Aurentine throne and brings order and just rule to a country divided between socialists and fascists. There is a far superior third way and we must get this message across to the people of the nation. The fight between Cavaliers and Parliamentarians continues today in Aurentina and we refuse to allow history to repeat. Down with tyrants and up with monarchs!

I'm fine with people only being monarchists IC but I hope such people will at least take things seriously and not impudently declare themselves "Emperor" or anything along those lines. If you want to campaign to become Emperor yourself, you're free to start your own party and see if you can persuade the Senate that this is a good idea, but the CMP is a serious party with a serious manifesto and plan for monarchism in Aurentina and you're expected to at least follow the party line on our primary cause.

Also, finally, now that Christmas is over, I'll be around a lot more from now on. Sorry for being a few days late in accepting the award.

In all honesty, I feel rather embarrassed to accept these awards but, as they have come from my Lord President, and the rest of the party considers such awards acceptable, I'd be a fool to reject them.... not to mention my shelves can always use more shiny bits! I must, however, remind each of you to hold me to account before the Monarchist cause.
