I disapprove of the move, sir. Morality is, I agree, quite important for our nation but I do not believe the CMP should articulate a position of intervention into the interplay of personal relationships.

What is the NSG Senate?
The NSG Senate is a group of people on NationStates that roleplay senators in an imaginary senate in a made up nation.

For the rest of you, come Christmas I plan to hand out awards to deserving party members for services to the Party and Aurentina, an idea floated in this thread some pages back. There will be two honours available:

The Lord President's Award: Awarded to individuals for exceptional services to the Party and the Aurentine monarchist movement. Recipients are entitled by the Party to use the initials "LoPA" after their names in recognition of their achievement, although it should be noted that this award is in no way endorsed by the Commonwealth Government.

The Aurentine Royalist Cross: Awarded to individuals for services to the Aurentine Commonwealth, its rightful Queen and its people, rather than simply services to the Party. Non-members may be eligible for the award, unlike the LoPA. Recipients are entitled by the Party to use the initials "ARC" after their names. Again, this is in no way endorsed by the Commonwealth Government.

I hope this awards system will prove an effective way of promoting loyalty within the Party, not that we are in any way short of that especially compared to our political adversaries, and recognising the many great achievements of our members.
