Is there a way to find all the old Senate bills (I wanted to check if anything similar to what I have in mind has already been passed)?

I also tend to emphasize that it puts people and families first rather than money or communes, Schmacher for instance wrote a book called Small is Still Beautiful: Economic as if People Mattered, he was a big name economist who helped newly independent countries try to organize their economies especially especially to suit their local traditions. Subsidiarity is also a major facet, basically that smaller and local is better.

Distributism is an economic system or ideology developed by Catholic thinkers as a conservative, Christian alternative to both capitalism and socialism. The core principle of distributism is that private property is a basic right that should be distributed as widely as possible in society, rather than competed for and monopolised as in capitalism, or abolished and replaced with communal property, as in socialism.
