I will gladly keep Phalnia as my deputy, I need someone with first class knowledge in legislation. Plus, I have a few environmental ideas of my own.

You seem to forget, I'm not in the CMP.

Why should you care? You're the Lord Prime President Minister

Celritannia wrote:Okay then people, I believe it is time to scout further members for the CMP. I think we need to concentrate on an increase of Libertarians within the party, it seems slightly one sided at the moment, though it is a right wing party. That said, there are still aspects of liberalism and libertarianism a lot of us agree upon, such as healthcare, environmentalism, and certain aspects of welfare.
If we need to increase our foothold in the senate and prospects in the new coalition government, I ask members of the CMP to promote our party both inside and outside the senate. We need new members from all sorts of backgrounds (though extreme leftists will still be a cautious topic for our party, even if they are monarchists).
A further change is the strong sense of religion. I am not asking the party to change it's stance on religion, and the party Chaplin shall remain. However, I do not wish to see members denouncing those with no religious affiliation. Also, I wish to further stress that religion shall not and will not be a main feature for our members to be selected for a government position. What matters is the expertise a person may bring to the Commonwealth, not what God or gods they pray to, or if they do not pray to anything.
Lastly, though I have great respect for the Lord President, I hereby remove the ban placed on Lord Alexander Boris De Pheffel William Johnson. I understand the tensions which occurred during the selection period of the Premiership. However, as a former member of the CMP, the current President Pro tempore of the senate and a high ranking member of the coalition, I believe his experience is valuable to our party. I still hold the PpT as one of our strongest supporters outside the CMP, despite his icy relations between the Lord President and the Deputy Chair. I understand the tensions between him and the current Deputy Chairman, Reinhard Lohengramm, was one caused by haste placed on the coalition to ensure a definite selection of a Prime minister for out Government. I hope the confrontation can be looked past each other, via forgiveness in a gentlemanly fashion. I also hope the PpT does not think too badly of our party, I wish to ensure the PpT that we are a dedicated party to ensure the welfare and protection of our citizens, first and foremost.
I hope these modifications are reasonable to the members of the party. As the elected body of the Party, I wish to ensure a fair an equal opportunity for all within this Right Wing party, while protecting all rights reserved for our members.
I remain the humble servant of the Commonwealth,
Senator Alexander Sebastian Foley,
Chairman of the CMP.
