Hmmm. Maybe it's not so much patience is it is the ability to transcend communal expectations for behavior, when my life is a vacuum of expectations to begin with. I also often wonder if it's just the passion that comes from existing in a vacuum of morality, where social conventions are a thing of fiction.

Deep thoughts.

They use ladders to climb out of the grave, shamble their way to the nearest voting booth, vote, shamble back and fall back into their graves, without having the ability to eat brains. :P

Oh no, you're totally fine.

I actually have heard that stance before. And it makes sense. I'm just saying that I interpret Gaga as so; she has a lot of loud, noisy antics covered in excessiveness and fluff, but there's a basic underlying message for each song and each album. I think of her as almost a parody artist actually. She's a part of pop culture, while simultaneously making fun of pop cultures eccentricities and vanity. It helped me a lot, when I started to see her lyrics not as something complex and cryptic, but just as the random thoughts she has on certain topics.

Basically, what she's about is being extreme enough to get attention, so that you'll listen to whatever she actually has to say. (If I'm not wrong)

Aside from that, I really like her for her activism within the LGBTQ community and her "sociological" mind that she seems to have.
