COPA - NAY, it is a commercial business so businesses will grow new cork oaks when needed. This is just pointless bureaucracy who's only affect will be to clog up civil planning departments.

LTPA - NAY How can someone decleared to have disturbed a nest by accident, and as such a nest they would not have known was there be fined. Rediculus, I urge senators to vote against this affront to civil liberties.

APF - AYE . I commend the author of the bill as a fine peace of legislation and the wise why in which it will be implemented at a local level to suit the prevailing conditions in each constituency best. :)

APA - NAY Again, punishing someone who had a accident such as a rabbit or a deer running in front of their car is ridiculous and again I urge senators to vote against this stupid inclusion in the act.

NPWWA - YAY. Very good bill Pruss

LPA - NAY Section 5 means that it is possible for one person (not the owner of the property) to place trash on private property then the wind blows it onto an adjacent property forcing the owner of the first house to pay a fine, this is totally unfair on such an owner in that situation and so urge senators to heed this problem and vote Nay.

NFSA - YAY, A necessary evil unfortunately.

NPSEA - NAY, only cos I support the NFSA. It is still a good bill.

One further point on that act is, it legalizes hunting yet makes accidentally killing and animal a crime. Where is the common sense and the consistency.

So, if we all got hunting licenses, if we ever ran over an animal accidentally we could were hunting at the time?

And get off scot-free.

I suppose, if you accidentally hit an animal whilst driving you can pull out your gun shoot it and claim you were hunting for your evening meal. Moral of the story......... always carry a Gun! :lol2:
