Edit after seeing your post: I'm American, so I know what EDT is, but those joining us from other parts of the world may not, so it might be nice to put "EDT (UTC-4) instead of just EDT (New York).

I'm not sure it's necessary to put it in UTC, just relating it to UTC would be good enough in my opinion. I guess it would be like us trying to figure out Tokyo time if someone from there was counting.

Noting the large amount of bills in the Safety and Order Category, as well as it being prone to buildup, I would like to motion the following:

I, Venaleria, motion to remove the Foreign Affairs Category of the SIMBEDS Act and replace it with the category "Order", to be split from the Safety and Order Category.

Since Foreign Affairs isn't really supposed to be a separate category under SIMBEDS anyway, I guess that's fine. Seconded.

As Deputy minister, I would like to state that the commerce ministry is still open for business despite FSC's attempts to strike it down.

I must echo Mr. Opposition Leader here - I haven't attempted to strike anyone in any fashion. It's a PM-created ministry and hasn't been banned. While we work on a bill which either clearly establishes the Ministry or clearly removes it from government, not much has changed except that a bit of less than ideal law has been struck from the record. Cheers all around!

Your wording of your bill actually disbands the ministry, I am just making sure that since the Ministry foundation act gives the heads of government the power to create ministries we are still an executive body and are currently writing a totally new bill spelling out our remit. Our new responsibilities will be totally different to the first incarnation and much more aligned strictly with regulation all types of commerce and thus customs.

Also thank you MV for your kind words, I am sure it will not be the end of my association with the party.
