It is explicitly stated in the bill that it will not be interpreted as banning experimentation on animals.

I would like to change my vote for the NPWWA from AYE to ABSTAIN

I believe this is the correct place to put this notification.

Due to the fact that I will be absent for the next week I, Britcan, give Otrenia permission to vote on my behalf for any votes taking place between 09:00 UTC on the 11th of August 2013 and 09:00 UTC 18th of August 2013 excluding bills in the Environment & Energy Category as I have already voted on that.

Tom Schmidt (LC-171) registers the following votes in the Environment and Energy Omnibus:
NPSEA: YES
COPA: YES
LTPA: NO
APF: NO
APA: YES
NPWWA: YES
LPA: NO
NFSA: YES

OOC: you have the days of the week wrong on the vote counter. Today is Saturday, August 10, so the voting will be over on Monday, August 12.

Also, the proper time for beginning and ending of this vote is 5:47 PM UTC.

It's meant to say 18th. Although if any votes take place on the 81st of August then I will need someone to proxy vote for be as I will probably be dying horribly in the apocalypse.

You are correct, I forgot to change the days. I will change them.

However, you are wrong about the times. Look at this post:

viewtopic.php?p=16023757#p16023757

We are not regulating UTC. Last vote counter, we did PDT. As long as we state the time zone, it should be all right.
