That's where the Littering Prevention Act comes in. ;) It's under environment.

Out of curiosity, was my request for a moltov cocktail exemption inserted into that bill?

SO in co-determination, would a council really solve the problem? All the CEO/Owner needs to do is slip some money in the right pockets and a pro-CEO council gets in.

The commies are attempting WEA yet again it seems

Yes, this would mean that a creditor of the firm would not see their money owed to them. When a company goes bankrupt its assets are sold and the money divided among the creditors. This is WEA by the back door as well as creating a serious disincentive for the private sector to lend money to small businesses and start-ups. This is because we all know the government never pay the market rates when they force purchase something.

It's even simpler than that, don't register your firm in the Aurentine.

So here's what the Workplace Recovery Act means:

- Business goes bankrupt.
- Workers want a cooperative, even if the owner wants to try and get the business out of bankruptcy without changing the system.
- The government comes in, tells the owner ze doesn't have a choice, compensates hir at the level it is worth.
- The government gets nothing in return, other than the happy feeling that we changed a corrupt, horrible businesses into a democratic, lovely one! Yay for us!

Or we keep bailing out the same business as it keeps going bust. A business goes bust because not enough people want to buy it's products at the prices at which it can sell them at to make a profit. Changing the Modus operandi is not going to suddenly turn the firm into a profit making machine, most of the time it will just go bankrupt again. Thus we might as well throw all the money down the drain.

EDIT: Or just sell products nobody wants. The best thing about a recession is that it gets rid of all the driftwood.

Sucks if that buissness then gets out of bankruptcy and decides to move to other countries, like Libya

So from what I gather, the two communist bills are going to force us [the large business owners] to leave the country and let the economy fall through due to a lack of business related stimulation?

Exactly, although considering the WEA and EDA, why should we be surprised that such a thing would be proposed?

I suspect this is slightly facetious, but nonetheless it does make me rethink my sponsorship of the bill. I wish to withdraw that sponsorship at this time with the caveat that I may add it back on later.
