I guess, kinda. Yesterday was my last day at work and they had me pulling weeds from 0730 to 1600. I filled up two 95 gallon trashcans with weeds. But a lot of it was in pavement and I think just pulling them out of the cement, combined with constantly bending over then standing up straight resulted in a back sprain. Because i've never felt sore like this before.

Constant bending and squatting does result in a back sprain... Just be sure to relax for a few days.
