I have a similar problem. Except it is a friend of dad (she is never married to him), and instead of texting, she calls often up to around 15 times a DAY. Things like this make me wish that we can charge for local calls.

Yeah. The only use for her (sometimes, I see her, she seems nice, but the calls annoy me, and maybe my mother), is to check calls if I am home alone. Thank Caller ID, for if it is her (only a few non-strangers call), I feel RELIEVED that I don't have to answer it.
