Why do we even still have the foe option if no one uses it. People here always complain about how terrible a given poster is and how much they despise them, but when you tell them that's what the foe button is for, they never go through with it.

Granted not much, but there are about a half-dozen names on my foe list.

There's about 5 on mine. And 3 are DEAT'd/DOS'd trolls, and one is somebody I strongly suspect is a troll.
