I like the UC Act and would be willing to sponsor. I definitely agree with the restrictions section.

What do you mean by that?

All the law does is state that parents can name their child what they want as long as it isn't incredibly stupid and offensive, that the senate, government nor judiciary can ban names and that religious belief is not a reason to ban a name.
