-Freedom for students to choose which difficulty within reason
-the elimination of standardized blah (exams, curiculum) and replaces education ministers with those qualified and letting said qualified to do the standardizing
-Continuous training of the educators to keep them up to date
-Allow innovation. This means collaboration of the student and the educator to get best results
-Allow the educators to come up with more ways and methods to educate the youth of Aurentina
-Pay the educators high wages
