You do know that the NSA tracks TOR IP addresses and uses poisoned DNS to redirect them to malware servers? In short, if you use TOR you will get NSA spyware on your computer that will log all of your activity online and off. Use a VPN (like Private Internet Access) for best results.

Yes. If you use their Romanian servers then you will not have anything to worry about. Their privacy laws are the best of any nation that I know of (besides maybe Iceland). Plus, it is in their privacy policy that they keep no logs.
