Those acting in contravention with Gendarmerie or Police Orders run the risk of temporary detainment for their safety, or if appropriate they may be charged with the relevant offence.
This exercise is to test the speed and reactions of Law Enforcement (BLUE) Forces. The Insurgent (RED) Forces are non-present, and combat is not anticipated. However, loaded weapons will be used and in the event of a non-simulated crisis or progression necessitating a combat situation then they will be moved to the state of Made Ready. The events of the Exercise will include blocking positions and non-active checkpoints at locations pre-determined. Convoys will travel through the city to locations, and guards will be increased at certain locations. All Senators will be accounted for as will all Government Ministers.
Presence of Senators is expected.
