In regards to the Reforming Education In Higher School Act, it seems that the curriculum should be set through administrative action rather than subject to constant tweaking by legislation. I assume people in the Ministry of Education have more current knowledge and expertise than Senators.

I presume you missed the bill that mandated all bills must be written in English? No American English allowed.

why not keep the two months and increase the amount of terms? maybe to "renewable twice"? or "renewable three times"?

There are no term limits currently, so that wouldn't make sense.

Because at least 2 weeks, and in the current form 25% of the term, is used trying to get re-elected if we Increased the term length the impact would be lessened.

25% of the term is used for election purposes, and with a longer term more could be done with the President, PM and ministers.

Or maybe we would find out just how worthless the whole system is. I was and am a huge proponent for the executive branch, but only for RP purposes, they don't actually do anything.

Tell me, what can a president or ministers do that a senator can't, other than fiddle with the edges?

But really there are some things that OOC matter more than ICly and this is one of those things. Less elections is not going to make this RP a continuing success but continue the decline.

Three months at the end of the day won't lessen the impact too much, four will though, Especially if we get to a season with a bunch of holidays.

No, He like me is saying the government don't do much because the nation is run by a legislature not an executive in practice. The government is not much more than a figure head, they just deal with international stuff mainly.
