Section 1 -Acquirement of an exemption license
The ministry of Business Safety will be responsible for setting up and running the following national exemption licensing system called the Pub exemption licensing authority (PELA).
Clause 1-The following requirements will all need to be satisfied for a Pub to gain an exemption license.
a) Must sell draught beer, cider or larger.
b) Must hold any required Premises licence that designates the business as a pub. As required by current or future legislation regarding the legality of the consumption of alcohol on the premises after sale.
c) The owner of the premises is required to hold any personal publican's license required by current or future legislation.
d) Is not hold an off-license.
e) Does not hold a license designating the premises a Nightclub in accordance with any current or future legislation regarding the regulation of Nightclubs.
f) Does not hold any license designating the premises as as restaurant thus allowing for the waiting on patrons.
Clause 2 - Following the satisfaction of the entirety of Section 1 Clause 1 the received exemption license will exempt the applying premises from the following.a) Payment of regional or national excise duty on Alcohol .
b) Following of regional or national alcohol minimum pricing laws.
d) Payment of value added or sales tax on any alcoholic beverages.
e) Any future tax levied on the sale or purchase of alcoholic beverages on or by a holder of an exemption license.
Clause 3- Passing on of savings.a) At least 70% of the saving's of the exemption from taxes must be passed on to the consumer by a reduction in the price of alcoholic beverages served.
b) Failure to comply with clause 3a will result in immediate suspension of the exemption of the license until such a time as a new pricing plan that complies with the law is presented and approved by the PELA.

Reforming Education In Higher School ActPreamble
This bill shall guarantee higher student satisfaction and better education by allowing students to partially choose their subjects in higher grades.
In the following, "higher grades" is defined as the time from the nineth (9th) school year to the twelveth (12th) school year.
I. In higher grades, certain hours of school subjects per shall be defined as essential and as choosable.
a. Maths: Essential: 3 hours per week
b. English: Essential: 3 hours per week
c. History: Essential: 2 hours per week
d. Politics: Essential: 2 hours per week
e. Geography and Economy: Essential: 2 hours per week

Protection of Child Immigrants Act
Sponsors: Dunstan (ND), Dragonomere (NASA), NEO Rome Republic (ND) ; Category: Order ; Priority: Moderate
This bill hereby mandates that all Immigrants who comply with the following parameters immediately be given the option to apply for legal status as residents of Aurentina, and set on the path to citizenship.
As permanent residents, these immigrants will be subject to the same process to citizenship that other immigrants of that status are subject to, as well as the safeguards, most importantly the shedding of the threat of deportation, unless first charged with a serious felony.
THE PARAMETERS:
1. The immigrant in question has to have first immigrated to Aurentina before the date of six months before the passing of this bill.
1a. The immigrant in question has to have not been deported from the country after this date.
2. The immigrant in question had to have arrived to the country of Aurentina before their eighteenth birthday.
3. The immigrant in question has to have (1a) Earned their Aurentina Department of Education granted Diploma or (2a) have served in the Aurentine Armed Forces for a minimum of 12 months.
3a. Immigrants in question that are serving in the Aurentina Armed Forces at the time of the signing of this bill, and had began to serve at least six months before the signing of the bill, upon application for Permanent Resident will be exempted from the twelve month minimum time limit.
3aa. This exemplary status will be revoked if the immigrant in question is discharged from their particular division of the Armed Force for whatever reason.
4. The immigrant in question must be living in Aurentina to have their application be considered for acceptance.
4a. Students attending higher education in other countries shall be exempted from this parameter.
5. At no point in their lifetime should these immigrants have been charged of a serious felony or crime that would have merited the deportation of immigrants with legal status.
6. The immigrant in question must not be incarcerated in an Aurentine prison in order for their application to be considered.
