d) On all tanning beds must be marked in large, visible letters, the following text:SUNBEDS CAN CAUSE CANCER. For your own safety, use responsibly. 18+ only.
Section III - Prohibition of Propaganda Relating to Sunbeds
a) Encouraging a minor to use a sunbed is Incitement of a Minor to Illegal Activities, a derelict.
b) Allowing a minor to operate a sunbed is Reckless Endangerment, a derelict.
c) Failing to ask for identification before allowing usage of a sunbed is Improper Practice, a contravention.
d) The illegal usage of a sunbed is Failure to Respect a Statute, a contravention.
Section IV - Regulations on Usage of Sunbeds
a) All sunbeds must be registered with, and licensed by, the Ministry of Health.
b) The Ministry is charged with inspecting all sunbeds in the Aurentine Commonwealth once per 12 months (1 year).
c) It is strongly suggested inspectors disguise themselves as clients.
d) Any proprietor violating regulations regarding their sunbeds may be fined up to £1,000 (GBP) or have the device itself confiscated, excluding any additional charges.

That is without a doubt the worst spending plan I have ever seen. You need to repeal universal healthcare before you stop funding it.

The Military Restrictions Act

The Senate of Aurentina, hereby RESTRICTS the maximum number of soldiers in the following way:
1. No more than 50,000 active and 500,000 total military personnel shall be in the military in a time of peace, and
2. No more than 500,000 active and 750,000 total military personnel may be in the military in a time of war.
The Senate of Aurentina, also hereby RESTRICTS that military numbers for each military branch shall not excede 1% geater or lesser than the following military percentages:
1. The Army shall have 30% of all soldiers,
2. The Navy shall have 50% of all soldiers, and
3. The Air Force shall have 20% of all soldiers.
The Senate of Aurentina, DECREES that the funding for each branch shall be in exact relation to the percentage of forces in each branch.
The Senate of Aurentina, DECREES that the funding for Defense shall never excede $20 billion.

Though I am a fan of neither the welfare nor healthcare spending of Aurentina I must agree. The fact that the LCP will spend the same amount of money on something called "Emergency Management" () than on healthcare and welfare combined is ridiculous.

Actually it doesn't. Your budget spends 319bn the government's spend 281bn. And even if that wasn't the case the, to my mind, terrible distribution of the spending (and not simply with regards to the attempt to turn Aurentina into the most militarized state in Europe) is quite off-putting. Sorry I can't back something like this.
