Upon further thought (and some IRL sedatives in the form of light alcohol and an ice pack to the head), I believe perhaps we should mandate that parties express democratic values, and not authoritarianism. This would apply to all parties that reject democracy in any form.

We should encourage a society of equality and freedom, not of authoritarianism, right? Even my fascist compatriots can agree.

Believing that action should be taken to support the environment and help to prevent global warming exceeding 2 or 1.5 degrees Celsius, relative to the pre-industrial level, which could have adverse consequences,

Hereby ratifies the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol.

1. The Aurentine Commonwealth shall join the Kyoto Protocol under the second commitment period, lasting from 2013 to 2020.

2. Aurentina shall commit to reduce its anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by 8% during this period.

3. The Ministry of the Environment shall be responsible for monitoring progress towards emissions goals and ensuring that Aurentina is compliant with the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol.

I chose 8% as our target because that is what the EU committed to last time. We could just commit to keeping the amount the same, so it's easier for us to avoid penalties.
