We are building from scratch, Bases, Airstrips, Dry and Wet Docks, Munition Plants, Weapon Assembly Plants unless if we are importing enough to cover the entirity of the Military which in my opinion may be the cheaper of the two but leaves us reliant upon foreign arms.

We also need to start construction of both the Naval and Coastal Fleet which isn't going to be cheap at all.

No, we aren't, we are getting our health care and education systems up and running first whilst building our military to a 90,000-man size.

As a note, Projections for budget are at £400,000,000, so 2% would give you £8,000,000,000. Why do you need £40,000,000 for this 10% thing? Explain everything you're going to do with £40,000,000.

Just to say one thing.Make the budget and leave the MBT decidion until then.
Reason is simple.You newer know what you can do and how much money you can have.
I also intend to set in motion a plan to build an aurentine Aircraft carrier.

I will offer my help to the minister of finance about drafting the budget.
Also i would like to advise all the minister one thing.You will have to make compromises.Not everyone will be able to get what it wants.

Why is 'National Gendarmerie' a Ministry/Subministry/whatever and why is a Senator in charge of it? Surely all that is needed is someone from the ranks appointed to the position? Maybe Kalmath could head a Senatorial committee sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, regarding oversight on law enforcement?

The guy we have appointed for Transport knows what he's doing. Perhaps without Portfolio and Labour?

EDIT: Not saying anything against you Finium but Czechoslovakia is HIGHLY knowledgeable on transport.

No, because those don't have much power. PC has a lot of powerful positions.

It does strike me as odd that, if there must be a Minister Without Portfolio, it would be a member of the party with the most actual ministries.
