Looks like an average in the mid 20s C. The type of weather that makes me not want to use an air conditioner.

Around 15-20 degrees I guess is average. Colder at start and end of summer, but during midsummer can hit over/to around 35.

They are. But I think they'd stop when things get better, and when they'll get used to it, they'll want more.

It's something called nationalism. Their nationalism gets in the way of how I want the EU to be a multi-national unified state, with every government answering to Brussels. I hope it keeps heading that direction.
