"Well good, maybe that will reveal something."
The guard said. Additional 20 NIFP security personel were now just 30 seconds away, waiting for the signal in case something more happened to the troubled senator. Just in case

As the man patted him down, the Constable felt behind the belt, along the sleeves, down the legs - inside and out, his chest, his back, in the tops of his shoes.

Nothing, really, to be found. And the Constable reported that.

Bullshit. This guy is no one important in the grand scheme of things, but you have no evidence whatsoever that he did anything. There is no "cause for suspicion," there is no case. For all you know, the guy bought some smack on the street, and his guards are either covering for him or weren't with him literally 24/7 so he got it somehow.

People who are apparently good Samaritans don't get arrested. He called a fucking ambulance for a drunk guy. No one else did shit. You are using OoC knowledge to justify this stretch of a case, and I'm not going with it, simply on principle. No.

(OOC: If the US Police had two options, 1) Senator ODs with heroin, and 2) Someone makes the Senator OD with Heroin. Which one would they choose?

Also, you're the one who implied that he managed to push a heroin needle into his pants without a) being spotted, b) stabbing himself or c) putting it into the front of his pants (b/c then it would be spotted in the search).

This means that by pushing it through his jacket pocket and behind his waistband he managed to push it into his genitals, and stick it between his legs, without stabbing it into himself. he also did it before the suggestion of being searched/arrested came up.)

Let's keep this in spoilers, shall we?

"If the US Police had two options, 1) Senator ODs with heroin, and 2) Someone makes the Senator OD with Heroin. Which one would they choose?"

We obviously aren't as average a nation as the US. And anyway, with absolutely zero proof of anyone injecting him with heroin, meaning there is absolutely no proof on that specific man either, they may believe he was forcibly injected but they wouldn't arrest the only person that even tried to help.

"Also, you're the one who implied that he managed to push a heroin needle into his pants without a) being spotted, b) stabbing himself or c) putting it into the front of his pants (b/c then it would be spotted in the search."

A) His hands are in the pockets of a leather jacket, and he has plenty of time while you're checking out the dying guy. Not being spotted moving his hands is not exactly a ludicrous idea.

B) If he stabbed himself, so what? It's a poke, and he gets a tiny, minuscule dose of a drug. He'll be feeling slightly good in a little while. No problems there.

C) Yep. Pushes it into his pants, then lets it drop between his legs. Takes all of four or five seconds and minimal effort.

"This means that by pushing it through his jacket pocket and behind his waistband he managed to push it into his genitals, and stick it between his legs, without stabbing it into himself. he also did it before the suggestion of being searched/arrested came up."

Um, yeah. The timeline seems to suggest that was entirely possible.

I never actually said he was "okay!" I just said i would call an ambulance to make sure he was okay, since no one else seemed concerned! Huh!

When it had emerged what was happening to the senator, Senator Britanno had been shocked.

Sirens and lights fill the streets as 2 ambulances rush down towards the pub. 5 medics rush into the pub and start to yell "What's happened?".

Pointing to the senator on the ground, he said to the men: "That man is in need of attention! It's been thrown around that he overdosed on heroin, but we're not sure. Please help him."

He gazed at the body lying there. It had stopped moving. He was no longer breathing, and it is doubtful his heart had been beating for at least the past minute or so.

Two of the medics began to perform CPR on the slumped gentleman as well as check for a heartbeat and breathing patterns. Two others ran out to one of the ambulances and prepped it for transport. They began to wheel in a stretcher. The last EMT hurried to find a defibulator to bring the man's heart rate back. "We need something to prop him up on to bring the toxins away from his head. Got any pillows?"

The three undercover NPF Security Agents began their first shift just in time to witness the recent happenings. They walked in with their HK45C pistols hidden in shoulder holsters within their nondescript jackets. There job was to do one thing and one thing only, protect the Aurentina Arms Pub from all criminal activity. There cell phones, which would operate as radios, are sitting in their pockets. The agents were going to spend countless hours within the Pub over their careers.

The senators private guards tossed the pillow that had been lyong under tye senators head before he fell.
"Get him to the hospital, now!"
The senators heartbeat had stopped a few seconds later, but was now beating very faintly due to medical recesitation. His body though would soon suffer permanent damage from blood and oxygen deprivation.

A man walks into the bar. He wears a smart black suit, tailored perfectly for his athletic build and unnatural height. A scar runs down from his blond hairline (cut short as though with an electric razor) and across his face, evidence of some tragedy long ago. A slight bulge under his left arm indicates his firearm, a slighter bulge under his right indicates his concealed carry license.

"Did you hear about the election?" he asks the bartender, sitting down casually at the bar. By now, it would seem, the emergency services had left with that hurt senator, and he glanced around the bar. Things were quiet.

"Oh, by the way," he says, "I'll have the Angoves Semillion, a full bottle if you please." He pulls a sleek steel billfold from his inside jacket pocket. "Don't worry, I can afford it."
