Culture-the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively and the ideas, customs, and social behaviour of a particular people or society.

Porn is part of our culture, just because you don't agree with it does not make it not part of our culture."

Christina Jorsalafarer slowly walked into the bar and sat in one of the cubicles, the Norwegian-Aurentine Senator had heard rather graphic tales about the safety of this place but she also heard that it was a good place to meet fellow politicians and get a good drink.

Kouralia wrote:"Good to meet you Mister Bridger." Wintle said, as he tightened his hold on the man's hand, but kept shaking it and looking genial and friendly as he did so. "I remember your face now, sir! We've got quite the file on you down at the M.o.I.!" He laughed, "Arrested under suspicion of being in the Mafia and for complicity in tens of murders, including my predecessor. Oh, and for Attempted Murder in the First Degree and Battery for a bit of a fracas at the East India Club, wasn't it?"

"Hmm, perhaps. Not quite sure, I'm not really in the habit of getting arrested nowadays."

Pulling his hand away from Wintle's a bit forcefully, he stepped back as his companions, highly-experienced mob soldiers, flanked him, putting their hands on their weapons concealed under black suit jackets. Yep, he was officially getting a bit suspicious. This is why he didn't like going it in public. People always wanted to arrest him or something, like he was some sort of common criminal. It irked him, how base it all was. Commoners, thinking they had the right to tell him what to do.

Downing the rest of his glass, he turned and began heading for the door as his other soldier opened the door with one hand, fingering his gun with the other. Two bulletproof SUVs waited outside, both with armed drivers, and one with two more soldiers for protection. Now that he was a minister as well as a mob boss, his security was necessarily quite strict.

I got into journalism when I moved to Sant Anders, and wrote about politics. I joined the Red-Green Party branch there, and Alex took me under his wing, tutored me in Aurentine politics. I stood for election when he passed away, and I guess what happened from there is fairly obvious. How did you get into politics ??"

Erich Malgrave squinted as he stumbled down the pavement, the Senator was sweating profusely and was bleeding from the nose, ears and mouth, although the Former Dockworker did not seem to notice the bleeding. Gathering all of his remaining strength the Senator willed himself to reach the safety of the Aurentina Arms, if he reached it then perhaps someone would call the medical services and save his wretched life, as he walked into the entrance he fell into the arms of Senator Bridger, the fresh blood smeared over his clothes now covering the new Minister of Customs.

The actual Minister of Defence watched the man smear his blood on Senator Bridger.

"Security!" Kruger yelled, although the military security officer who had accompanied Kruger into the pub was already applying first aid. The security outside radioed for the Minister of Defence's motorcade and an ambulance, before pushing past Bridger and the Gendarme to secure Senator Kruger.

"We move out as soon as the cars pull up," he said, pistol drawn and covering the Minister of Defence with his body.

"Sorry... It must have been my precognition, I do tend to get past and future mixed up sometimes." Wintle said, smiling wryly as Bridger turned to walk out. Wintle gestured to one of the two Gendarmes who walked over toward him. "I believe that man was responsible for an attempted murder." Wintle said to him, nodding to the departing Minister of Commerce. "I'm not sure, those fellows there with him don't look like Gendarme or Police Close Protection elements, could you check their Private Security Passes?" Wintle asked as he flashed his MoI badge. Suddenly, though, he stood up in shock and dismay as a bloody Erich Malgrave staggered through the door. "WHat the...?"

Meanwhile, the other Gendarme rose and drew his pistol in confusion, before moving rapidly to Minister Bridger. "What's going on here, who is that man?"

Stefan sprinted from the bar to the fallen man, and tried to help Kruger's security with the first aid. He took off his jacket, put it on the man, and began to talk.
