I'm a little surprised they can suspend someone indefinitely and not give a reason.

If the pastor gets replaced, I'm gonna give the new guy one month, and if I don't like him, I'll go elsewhere.

As for the reasons... the pastor, elders, and superintendent know why he was suspended, but they refuse to tell us parishioners anything.
