Then I found NSG, and a particular someone who pulled me out of the downward spiral. Some don't like him, but I will always owe my life to him.

Me tooooo. but i still tastes like shit. But yeah I got zee body by switching up my meals (veggies as much as possible) and then joining two different sports. Really the sports are what make the difference though. If I had to recommend any weight-loss trick, it would entirely consist of exercise, with minimal dietary changes.
