I know it's just a reference to the (sadly) popular meme, but I'm quite sure FSC will have something to say about this.

Factual
“NIFP Funded Neo-Nazi Terrorism, Planned Furture Attacks”-Former Party Member

By Michael Blumenthal

A former member of the National Imperialist Freedom Party (NFIP) has claimed that the party had funded the neo-Nazi terrorist group that had bombed the senate earlier this year, killing 18 people. The person, who wishes not to be identified for fear of reprisals, said that there was talk in the party of further actions against the state, including targeting politicians, kidnappings and more bombing attacks.
“They'd already drawn up a list of senators and ministers who they'd want to kill,” they said. “They also had maps of various different districts within Leishaagen and other cities around the country where they'd marked target sites with crosses.” The person said that the party was planning several mass shootings to be committed by the neo-Nazis, who would use party mercenaries as the gunmen. Both the NIFP and the neo-Nazis were also planning to kidnapp ministers and politicians, including several left-wing senators as well as the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Justice.

The former member also revealed that there were plans to collaborate with the United Socialist Labour Party (USLP) in a coordinated civil conflict against the government similar to the one waged by the IRA against the British during the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's. The attacks would have included mortar attacks on government buildings, bomb attacks, kidnappings and sniper attacks directed principally at government personnel but also civilians.

The government has yet to question the individual on the validity of his claims and neither the Ministry of the Interior nor the Ministry of Justice were available for comment.

This lying Slander will be removed or this entire Publishing House will be taken to court for Defamation of Character of the Party assuming the entiry is applied to the ruling and it should be given that it applies in practically every civilized Nation on the planet.

And believe me i will be pushing for this to be fucking criminal charge, not a civil case oh fuck no. And given that is goes so beyond the realm of free speech in it's malice driven intent i expect the Courts to be quite agreeable.

This Slander will be removed either by court ruling or Publishing house choice eitherway it will be taken down.

Given the very Public Nature of this matter it would be viable for practically any Court in any Nation i could pick from a Map; So i expect this to be ripped down within the day.

Limiting Legislation Act:
(5) The right to free expression

International Law Act:
(UDHR, 19) Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
(ICCPR, 19.2) 2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.

You have no legal standing, NIFP.

That being said, I offer my services to Minister Blumenthal as Defence Attorney.

Slander isn't officially a crime or even a suable act in Aurentina yet. There's nothing saying a court would even have to accept a civil suit for slander.

Something else.

Ethics Act:
"(a) Defines Slander as defamation by oral utterance rather than by writing or pictures."

This can't be slander, because it is written, and not oral.

It also did not take place in our senate building where this law applies. As much as I disagree with the content and show my disgust there is nothing that can be done to get rid of it.

Does the Ethics Act have defamation in general? Also, it only applies to our conduct within admin-governed threads, which are the chambers, coffee shop, and lobby.

It doesn't even apply outside the Senate, but the law itself still defines slander.
