And why would they keep the Soviet stamps and formatting? If the ICC has a document translated (especially for a dossier) they:
a) keep it in better condition than these and
b) retype it into a nice, easy to read format with proper ICC watermarks and identification on 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheets of archival paper.

• You loudly proclaim about the evils of radicalism, why? -That is a good question, for one, this radicalism displayed by the far-left and far-right has proven throughout history that it leads to violence. Extreme leftism radicalizes people as well as extreme rightism, and that the best way to mediate these extreme sis compromising in the middle. The calm and neutral middle rarely leads to violence.
