I protest for the language that the Senator is using.
I demand respect for the other Senators, and it is a scandle that such a foulmouthed person is a member of the Senate.

I truly would like to know how even you could possibly find anything in this bill that violates religious freedom, unless of course you are taking freedom of religion to mean the ability to subject the beliefs of others and force them to follow your own
Worker Empowerment Act: NAY, for.. Do I even have to explain? This is the vilest communist bullshit that I have ever seen.[/quote]That would be a heavily watered down bill established to promote the rights of workers without actually being especially radical. The desire to see the workers as human beings rather than tools to be used and discarded is not an exclusively communist notion Senator.

Worker Empowerment Act: AYE, because unlike those voting against it I don't hate individual liberty and economic freedom.
The American Legion is a neo-fascist terrorist organization, bent on implementing Paulinist Sharia, and with a history of pogroms against organized labor and peace activists and of lynching those who dare resist or defend themselves against its aggression.

How is ability to take over business from legitimate business owners, in favour of freedom?

Because they aren't taking it from legitimate business owners. The legitimate business owners are claiming what is rightfully theirs.
