We don't know our nation's population, defense needs, and foreign relations yet, so we can't set a minimum budget or military size in the bill. No other legislation proposed has done that, because there are things we haven't established. I don't believe we should mandate how much we have to spend or how big our military should be right now. It says we need $150 billion. That's how much China spends. We have to spend that much as a minimum as per this.
