No, parents do not own your body. If they are above the age of majority, they must be able to do as they please. Otherwise the age of majority means nothing. We should not prohibit consumption by minors either. Prohibiting sales to minors would be acceptable, but allowing minors to have an occasional sip of alcohol under parental supervision is an entirely different matter, and can in all honesty promote responsible consumption.

Just as likely they will either learn bad havits or seek to get more substances without parental consebt. Either way it has been medically proven that a person's brain is not fully developed untill their 20's, so allowibg minirs, however youndefine them, to consume the. Is bad for two reasons:
It is damaging to their sevelopong brains, and as minors they are legally assumed not to be capable of full responsibility IE they cant be trusted to make fully responsible choices like adults because they arnt adults

Regardless of my views on substance by the general population at large, i see it important to first to prohibit sale of to and consumption of restricted non medical drug suvstances (that limits the definition a bit) to minors. Additionally, to avoid the legal loophole of asumed majority age AND parental control (which assumes the subject is not a responsible adult) , the age of majority should be risen to 18. Those attending schools should be studying and learning good habits, not wasting their lives and their parents money on substances purely designed to get someone high.

Prohibition doesn't work.

There is nothing wrong with using soft drugs. In fact, freeing nonviolent drug offenders would free up most prison space and allow us to more effectively deal with actual serious crimes.

Treating use of hard drugs as a public health problem and not a criminal problem will go a long way toward improving rehabilitation.
