Recognizing the need for some sort of national subdivision system, the government of Aurentine hereby establishes electoral districts as national subdivisions to be run by their senators.
1. The governments of the individual districts are to be established by the senators representing said districts.
A. The governments of said districts may pass any law that does not contradict the laws of the national government of Aurentine
B. The governments of said districts must enforce both national and district laws, however national police forces may also enforce national law
2. The governments of individual districts shall remain subjurisdictions of the nation of Aurentine
A. The governments of the individual districts are responsible for collecting the taxes owed to the national government, however the national government may monitor/audit collection of taxes
B. The governments of the individual districts shall not block or restrict access to any services or information provided by the national government
C. In any area in which districts are held to be responsible, districts must pass a law addressing the issue within one week
D. District governments are responsible for regulating what types of firearms may be bought, sold, or possessed in their territory, as long as it is in accordance with clause 1A
E. No district shall declare war on any other district or foreign power, nor shall districts negotiate directly with foreign nations
F. No district shall secede or declare any degree of autonomy from Aurentine unless approved by the senate and 2/3 of the district's populace
G.The governments of districts may not prohibit the free flow of people, information, or goods across their borders
