Given that the Party has existed long before the Senate cooked up such a stupid Notion Yes i would maintain we are free of their Ilk.

Only a few here such a connection would appeal to anyway and they would know the Party wouldn't approve of such connections.

Honestly the Senate is just grasping at straws if they think the presence of orginized crime represents National Crisis.

Senator Kourie and a thin dark-skinned man walk in. Both are wearing rather smart suits, and they glance about for a moment before they take Petya by the arms and slowly move him toward the doors. "No, there is definitely a mobster in here." Kourie said, glaring around the room as his assistant smirked at them, like a teacher's pet noting the class clown's detention. "We'll be going now, before you try your brutal and unpopular methods on us. I would use more formal and advanced lexis, but I doubt there's the understanding in you to know what I'd say, hmm?"

I don't recall declaring this public space?

It's private property to my knowledge and i would maintain that until otherwise stated by the Chairman so Yes you would need a Warrent.

The Constable looked hurt. "But, sir, it is a 'publically accessable location'! I'm pretty sure that needs no warrant unless the owner of the premises requests the escorting of the offender off of it."

Whom are you to deterimine it's Publically accessable IC'ly? the Building could be located within a Redone City Block surrounded by three meter high walls and Mercenaries. I mean obviously OC'ly its easy to get into its a friggin public message board.

But the IC location isn't clarified and therefore it cannot be determined if it is easy to get within it or not.

And given that i am acting Second of the Chairmen in most respects?

I could do that in place of him if you like.

"Aye, fine..." The Constable stood up and checked he had all of his weapons on him - after all, the NIFP H/Q was listed as a dangerous zone considering the Mafia's association with it. "I'm off."

Read the acts. One establishes a president and prime minister (executive), the other a five-man council.
