I think I may have alienated an awful lot of people in the last hour or so, so I must apologise too and reiterate that I am only trying to do what is in the party's best interests. I like and respect Dio, but it's becoming increasingly difficult not to criticize his inactivity, especially at a time when we really need strong leadership, and I feel obliged to use what power I have to try and provide some sort of organization and leadership.

I will temporarily reinstate Nihil as a party member and allow the rest of the party to pass its judgement before taking further action. On the bright side, the Coalition is still burning, and it's pouring oil on itself too.

Providing strong leadership is necessary when we are without our chairman, yet as the Lord President, you should not turn away advice from your party members who support the establishment of a monarchy.

Perhaps the party should look into a mixed government system in a way to establish a monarchy in our country.

I have asked for this but call it a Constitutional Monarchy, that sounds better. I will second this.

Quite, Ironic given there claims we are the "extremists" and they are "rational centrists" according to their trumpet blowing they like to espouse so often. In my opinion the coalition are like the Gumbys in this sketch. All you have to start is replace the word "Doctor" and "brain" with "we're rational centrists"

I call the entire party to vote against this injustice, calling our Lord President's descision tyrannical and not allowing one of our own to defend his actions infront of his fellow party members.

I suggest you wait until Chairman Diopolis returns and ask him to step in. He's technically party leader, so although I can overrule him, I will alter my decision if he asks me to. However the chairman has been very inactive of late, hence why I felt the need to take action myself to defend the CMP's reputation. The constabulary, which I repeat appears to be targeting us specifically, was threatening to round up the entirety of the Royalist Guard and arrest them without cause. I felt it was necessary to distance ourselves from the incident as much as possible.

Your decision is correct, though I would have suspended him until an investigation is complete. Assaulting an officer is a serious matter, and we must send a message that we do not approve of such a thing.
As for the coalitions: we will remain in the stalhelm alliance for now.

OOC: On the mafia I have not yet replied either way to the TG, I feel it could be cool RP (Thus why I said I could be interested) but I don't know if it sits well with my morals.

You all know a mafia is clandestine right so if I did decide to join you should not be aware of it IC wise until I am caught doing something in public in connection to the mafia. I am sure most of you are aware of this basic RP etiquette.

Until you join the Mafia, you remain a member of the CMP. I expect you to cooperate with law enforcement, and do not join the Aurentine mafia. I would request that you refrain from threatening police officers in the future.

Besides, this party is a culturally conservative party(at least mostly). That's one of the reasons we were founded.
