What are the Progressive Conservatives considering in terms of the Progress Coalition?

We already have free vote in regards to taxation, so that's most of economy as free vote.

We're asking for full individual economic determination, not just taxes. As for ministries, could you post all involved parties and their numbers? That would help us figure out who gets what and how much they get. If you want to, look on the Progress Coalition thread for a method that I used to divide seats.

With Transportation it's 13, which gives 3 each to the first three parties on there, and then 2 to the others.
