With the contentious nature of this bill, and given what I've heard about the Senatorial replacement procedure, and how it differs from the current procedure, I almost regret supporting this bill. Mind you, I still like the idea of a capped Senate. But given this bill is so controversial that it threatens to be stuck at a tie, I want to become the first Senator to say the following:

I agree with the senator. This seems more like a pathetic attempt at filibustering rather than an actual motion for change and revision.
