Assuming it isn't a rule I don't see why people should be allowed to hold multiple party membership. It is extremely odd, though probably not unheard of in RL, but if a senator seeks membership in two parties and isn't rejected for such bigamous tendencies then why not?

Official open communique to newly elected senators and independent senators on behalf of Coalition for Freedom and Enterprise

Allow me to extend my personal greetings to you,
I would like to start by few question, an unusual start for communique I admit but I urge you to stay with me. Do you wish for sensible economic policy? Do you wish for an economic policy which does not punish success but encourages it? Do you wish for an economic policy which leads nation to prosperity not bankruptcy?

If you read above questions and tiny voice in your head told you "yes", please continue to read on, you have my assurances that you wont find it waste of your time. As I speak to you, left wing parties are attempting to institute economic policies which is idiotic, which punishes success and worst of all is an economic policy which only leads our economy one way, bottom of eight thousand meter high cliff, it is a fall which we can not afford.

However despite of this, their leverage in senate continues to increase, pushing this great nation ever closer to the edge of the cliff and at current rate, nation will be on bottom of that cliff within mater of a months, quarter of year at most. As elected representatives for our people, it is not our right but duty to reverse the path and return the nation towards prosperity. Yes, senators, it is your duty as it is mine and everyone who stands here today to prevent our nation falling off the cliff, which is path left wings are pushing us towards. If we fail in this vital duty, it wont be history that holds us accountable, it will be our people who will hold us accountable for preventing doomed drive towards the cliff. When that happens, I assure you sight wont be pretty. We must fulfil our duty, duty to this nation, duty to our people and duty to our conscience, and stop this doomed drive for the cliff.

You might say, that is the case but I have my own views on social policy which others on right dont share. Well, this nation's first priority must be economy and this is why we have blessing of Coalition for Freedom and Enterprise. We do not wish to demand you vote for something which violates your conscience, so you can take part in party which will push back the bus driven by left wing parties from the cliff to new era of prosperity while enabling you to stick to your conscience in social policy aspects.

Unlike what you may be expecting, I wont urge you to join Coalition for Freedom and Enterprise but I request you to honour us with your visit to our headquarters, which is this way. I hope after your visit, you will like what you see and sign up to stay with us and help us bring era of prosperity to this great nation however even if you are certain you wont wish to stay with us, I still urge you to pay us a visit in our headquarters. Before I leave, I offer you food for thought: "if we dont work together to prevent this nation's fall from cliff, which left wing parties are pushing us towards, how will you reply when four year old orphan asks you 'why did you not stop this, you caused my father to take his own life. We trusted you with our future... and you failed us' when this nation is pushed over the cliff by left wing parties?"
