We want a Monarch, yes.

Why not, if I am accepted, choose me as Eternal President, and have me hold it, even after my nation gets to CTE? :p (I want the OP to accept me ;))

In an ideal case the monarch would be the head of state with veto power and some executive authority. In short an Executive Constitutional Monarchy.

Yes, but its not Monarch, its Caesar.

Instead of a Caesar, I would call him "Princeps" following old Roman tradition.

Caesar was a weak title made up during Diocletian's principate (the Augustus at the time, was in fact more powerful than the Caesar).

I second this. I also think we should call the Monarch "Premier"

How about no Latin.

I would elect a King, it sounds much more prompt and too the point. Failing that give him the tile of despot.

No I just want to create titles that are absurdly long and that use underused titles. I want this nation to unique and the monarch has to be perfectly designed.

I've come to dislike the title of Emperor, at least on these forums, due to its overuse. "High King", maybe?

How about if they are inactive for a week or more without good reason, they are considered dead and a new Monarch must be elected?
