I'm not good at pronouncing Polish, but I do at least know what phonemes are being represented by what letter or digraph. As for Coptic script, I found some sites that teach the Coptic alphabet and it have dictionaries and grammar guides.

Does anyone know of any resources I can find to inform me on gender identity, and how to be support someone who is transgender?

Check online. Also, I don't think there's anything special to do to support a trans person. Just be there for her and cheer her up in her journey.
