So... I'm just going to post this here. Someone in my life who I've known for a long time, has just disclosed to me that she is transgender.

Does anyone know of any resources I can find to inform me on gender identity, and how to be support someone who is transgender?

I believe or I think it had something to do with proper cooking. At the time the Law was given, there was no real way to really cook pork so as not to catch diseases from it.
