Well, the effect of a TET ban, as i imagine it, is basically "There is no physical lockout on TET, but don't post there or you'll actually get a site ban" (Does a ban actually bring up a message saying "You are banned, and so cannot post" ? I'd assume so)
In the same way when someone is banned from the site proper, their puppets are not, letting them technically post past ban, but just making things worse for themselves if they do so.

Indeed. I'd assume people are wise enough to not dig themselves in a deeper hole, but I don't think I can make that generalisation here.

Okay, how about this:

TET should be restricted to those over the age of 32 years and 6 months. They would need to fill out a form, and if it turns out they are lying, they become DOS. The mods MUST set a topic and THEY must stick to it. That way, higher age restriction: less problem.
