I honestly don't think they're in any position to do much. Previous revolutionary ideas were just made by one person, usually from poor backgrounds. Elon Musk himself has a lot of money, has quite a reputation, lots of legal power (mostly because of his money), and has already established a very large company around his revolutionary ideas.

It gets faster through the early morning (12 am/1 am/2 am/3 am). It goes slow again at 8 am, and gets fast again at about 10 pm.
