I usually sleep on the weekends 4 am to 2 pm. I got up early to go out to lunch in about an hour with some friends once they're all out of Church.

You probably require less sleep because AS. I know my brother and dad are that way. I usually sleep from 10pm to 6:30am, so that's more than 8 hours sleep, and I'm still tired.

Mine hadn't done a really good one in about a solid 4 months, but this week and last week were both fantastic.
